My experience at this store is always disappointing whenever I am assisted by the slim lady who works there. Today, I wanted to buy 3 pepper chicken drumsticks, but she told me I could not choose only drumsticks and had to mix them with other pieces. As a customer, I should be free to buy the pieces I want if they are available. The bigger issue is not even the chicken. It is the attitude. She is consistently rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional whenever I interact with her. Customer service should make people feel welcome, not uncomfortable. I love it when I go there and meet but the guys who work they are very friendly and respectful. But this particular lady is EXTREMELY RUDE, she doesn’t even smile I enjoy supporting African businesses, but dealing with poor customer service every time I visit makes me think twice about returning. I hope management takes customer feedback seriously and works on improving the experience.

I was threaten by one of the employees females that work there I went in to see the meat options but first I had to use the restroom because I’m 8 months pregnant and as I’m walking to the back of the store to see the meat the employee stops me and says these aren’t public bathroom and I told her I’m going to go look at the meat, and she said leave my store. Don’t come back or else you will see who I am

The owner of Southwest in Irving, your so called assistant manager( the short girl with a short hair) is very rude to customers. I came all the way to buy catfish at first and I was told they didn't have it and I was a little disappointed because this is the 2nd time I have come for it and I was told you don't have it. Instead of them to apologize to show good customer service but she and the manager who is the man with a white shirt were screaming at me that if I say anything again that she will restrict me. They are doing this because they are not the owners of the store because they will still get paid if even when they don't have enough customers. The short girl in the kitchen started recorded me without my permission. Please tell her to show you the video she recorded me to see how they treated me. Please get professional employees who will treat customers with respect. Many times I come here, they are always very very rude to me especially the short lady with a short who is always in the kitchen. This happened today because I came back for the snail and they said they didn't have it which I told them to close the store down if they don't have basic things such as catfish,s
